Dikeletsong Citizens' Advice Bureau of Pretoria
is an organisation of volunteers operating out of offices in the Kutlwanong Democracy Centre in downtown Tshwane.
DCAB offers services, free of charge, to anyone who needs advice, help (non-financial), or information.
Services range from labour related problems (retrenchments, dismissals, unfair dismissals and pay disputes); financial problems (pensions, debts and loans) and UIF related problems to personal problems (health, family, marriage, educations, estate, consumer and various legal problems).

When I joined DCAB as a volunteer, I became part of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable group of young and old people. This experience has enriched my life because it is truly better to give than to receive. Helping others gives one great satisfaction. I urge people who care for our less privileged communities to join the DCAB family and learn something new during each working session.

Volunteering at DCAB brings an opportunity to put something back into our struggling country. It has helped me over the past 10 years to be constantly aware of the very difficult existence of many of our citizens, and to provide a modicum of support to them.
If you have a willingness to listen with a sympathetic ear, and would like to help others, why not come and join us. (Dave on 11 August 2018)
Dikeletsong Citizens' Advice Bureau is run by a group of volunteers each of whom usually does one duty (one morning) a week. f you are good at listening and engaging and care about people - come and sit in with one of our volunteers to see if this could be where you would like to become involved.
